Husband-and-wife team open their second location of the dining brand known for authentic Mediterranean dishes inspired by family recipes

The fast-casual brand has opened a new restaurant at 2925 S. Alma School Road, Suite 8, in Las Tiendas Village. Aligning with the brand’s mission to Live Your Life Deliciously, every dish is made fresh, in-house, from authentic recipes passed down generation after generation. Guests will find a wide variety of customizable options, including the Classic Greek Salad and Rice Bowl with a choice of Gyro Meat, Salmon, or several other protein choices. They can also indulge in unique offerings like fresh, made-to-order Feta Fries and must-have desserts like Baklava Ice Cream and Rice Pudding.
The new restaurant is the second location owned by Michael Boulant and his wife, Tiffany Boulant, who opened a Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Gilbert, Arizona, in August 2024. Their passion for the brand’s clean, healthy cuisine has inspired plans to expand to additional locations in the future.
The Chandler opening builds on the success of the Boulants’ Gilbert location, led since its inception by Operating Manager Anthony Gianmugnai. With a background in marketing and management roles with leading restaurant brands, Gianmugnai has played a pivotal role in elevating the restaurant and will bring his valued expertise to Chandler.

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill also specializes in catering large parties, events and meetings. “Of all the dishes on the menu, my top choice is usually The Great Greek Gyro,” Boulant said. “It’s a satisfying combination of Mediterranean flavors – a soft, warm pita filled with generous helpings of lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Tzatziki and feta. I like it with chicken, but you can also choose the classic gyro meat, a combination of beef and lamb.”
Before joining The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Boulant built a successful flooring business in the Las Vegas area. Originally from California, he lives in Las Vegas with Tiffany and their two children; they plan to move to Arizona. Besides being a business owner, he is a private fixed-wing pilot and owns his own plane.
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill of Chandler is located in Las Tiendas Village, a popular destination with a variety of dining, shopping, fitness and retail choices. It covers 2,200 square feet and seats 44 guests in the dining room and 32 outside. Pick-up, catering and delivery options are also available. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
