The first Press location opened in San Luis Obispo, California in November of 2024 and received an enthusiastic response from guests who appreciate its authentic ingredients, welcoming team members, takeout-friendly menu and approachable value.

The Arroyo Grande restaurant builds on the brand’s commitment to offer flavorful, feel-good food that is personal and easy to enjoy. Guests can create ‘dias, salads, bowls and burritos customized with fresh-pressed tortillas, herb-infused proteins and authentic fire-grilled salsas.

Press Quesadilla Grill was developed by Heritage Restaurant Brands (HRB) and is the third restaurant concept in the company’s portfolio. Press is the team’s first internally created concept, brought to life by a shared vision and the unique creativity and passion of each person involved.
