Available for a limited time through March 3, PJ’s Mardi Gras menu captures the unmistakable spirit of its Crescent City roots. Highlights include:

  • Purple Energy (NEW) – A vibrant blue raspberry and dragonfruit energy drink topped with coconut cold foam and Mardi Gras themed sanding sugar. Bright, bold and built to keep the party going from first parade to last bead.
  • Carnival Latte (NEW) – A festive twist on the classic latte blending PJ’s rich, smooth espresso with cozy flavors of cinnamon and vanilla, topped with whipped cream and sparkling purple sugar for a delicious celebration.
  • Frozen King Cake – A rich and indulgent blended drink inspired by the iconic flavors of king cake, combining the warm spice of cinnamon with the smooth sweetness of vanilla. Each sip delivers a velvety texture reminiscent of the beloved Mardi Gras treat, crowned with a swirl of luscious whipped cream and purple sugar crystals.

Adding to the festivities, all hot beverages will be served in PJ’s new seasonal Mardi Gras cups, adding a splash of purple, green and gold to every order. Beyond the Mardi Gras offerings, PJ’s Coffee has officially rolled out permanent menu updates, including new cold cup sizes – 16-ounce for a small, 24-ounce for medium and 32-ounce for large – along with no extra charge for alternative milks and new beverages such as Frozen Hot Chocolate, Birthday Cake and Cocoa Marshmallow shakes.
