The Curator of Chaos opens the series with Drop #001: The French Onion Smash Burger

Starting this March, the brand is making that message crystal clear with the launch of Big Bad’s Monthly Drops – a fresh-every-month rotation of limited-time originals and fan-favorite throwbacks engineered to shake up lunch and dinner plans in the best possible way.
Running the operation is Big Bad, Bad Daddy’s new character, self-appointed Curator of Chaos and the mischievous creative force behind every burger that earns a spot in the revolving lineup. Each month, they will be pulling something out of the kitchen that is equal parts unexpected and absolutely unignorable.
Drop #001 is March’s weapon of choice: the French Onion Smash Burger. A smashed four-ounce beef patty gets buried under caramelized onions, Swiss and provolone cheese, crispy onion straws and green onion, then finished with a French onion sauce that ties the whole beautiful mess together. The decadent burger comes with Au Jus for dunking – because Big Bad doesn’t do anything halfway.
Pair the drop of the month with Bad Daddy’s Amber Ale, brewed with chocolate and caramel malts for a clean, flavor-forward finish that goes toe-to-toe with every bite.
