Buffalo, NY (RestaurantNews.com) Lime House Sushi and Ramen will be taking part as an exhibitor in the Asian Food and Culture Festival on Sunday, August 9, 2026. The event will be held at Canalside, Buffalo, and will run from 10:30am to 7pm. Similar to last year’s event, Lime House will be offering their best-selling sushi and ramen dishes for everyone to try. The event is organized by the Asian American Culture Alliance, and Sunday marks the seventh consecutive year of the festival.
The public is welcome to join the event, which is free of charge. The festival will include a wide variety of Asian cuisine, live music, and cultural displays from various countries in Asia, including Burma – the location of Lime House founder Thanda Win’s hometown.
“Joining the Asian Food and Culture Fest is a highlight for us here at Lime House,” said Thanda. “We always love to share a slice of Asian cuisine with the world.”
Lime House will be serving these handpicked menu items at the festival:

- Buffalo Chicken Wings
- Crispy Chicken
- Bubble Tea
“These highlight menu items are meant to introduce the Lime House flavor profile to everyone,” added Thanda. “We’d like more people to know about our menu. With that, we can probably get more people to be interested in owning a franchise as well.”
The Lime House team is also planning a unique twist to the classic Asian dishes. “We plan to serve each signature dish with American favorites like fries, hashbrowns, and the like,” added Thanda. She mentioned that this is Lime House’s way of introducing Asian cuisine while keeping it familiar for the majority of American diners.
