Buffalo, NY (RestaurantNews.com) Lime House Sushi and Ramen is proud to announce its participation in the eight scheduled events of Thursdays on the Water 2026, a summer-long celebration of live music, food, and community held every Thursday evening at Gratwick Park in North Tonawanda starting on July 9.
For Lime House, joining this year’s lineup is a natural extension of their commitment to bringing people together over great food and shared experiences. Throughout the season, the Lime House team will be on-site at every event, serving up their signature sushi and ramen to concertgoers gathered along the waterfront.

From Hippie Night to the Award-Winning 80’s & 90’s Party, Lime House will be serving guests through every themed night of the 2026 season, rain or shine. The team looks forward to connecting with festival goers while enjoying the live music that has made the series a summer staple.

Thursdays on the Water 2026 runs July 9 through August 27 at Gratwick Park, 1300 River Road, North Tonawanda, NY. Gates open at 5:00 PM, with performances continuing through 10:00 PM. Admission is free for all dates, and Thanda and the rest of the Lime House team is inviting everyone to come and enjoy the show.
