Beaumont, TX  (RestaurantNews.com)  Jason’s Deli is rolling out a limited-time lineup available July 1 through Sept. 30, bringing new Southwestern-inspired menu items and returning seasonal favorites to the table for easy summer meals and gatherings.

Leading the menu is the new Southwest Turkey Club, a flavor-packed sandwich that celebrates Hatch green chile season with smoked turkey, bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado, green onions and Mexican street corn crema served on Hatch green chile flatbread and paired with chips. Guests can also enjoy the Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad, featuring rotini pasta tossed with corn, black beans, pico de gallo, green onions and Mexican street corn crema, along with fresh watermelon available on the Garden-Fresh Salad Bar.

“This lineup is really about food that feels familiar, but a little more fun and unexpected,” said Blake Parker, chief innovation officer at Jason’s Deli. “The Southwest Turkey Club brings together bold flavors like Hatch green chiles in a way that still feels approachable, while the pasta salad is a unique, global-inspired twist on a customer favorite – whether guests are grabbing lunch on the go or enjoying a laid-back meal with family and friends.”

The Jason’s Deli Caprese and Chicken Caprese will remain available through Sept. 30, or while supplies last.
