If you haven’t tried my weekly meal plans, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning:

  • Time Saver: No more 4 PM dinner panic. A meal plan tells you what’s for dinner, what you need, and how long it’ll take.
  • Money Saver: Planning ahead helps your budget. You’ll shop smarter, buy in bulk, and use leftovers in new ways.
  • Bye-Bye Takeout: With meals planned and groceries ready, you’ll skip the drive-thru, save money, and eat healthier.

Storing Leftovers for Meal Planning

I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
