Why Should I Meal Plan?
If you haven’t tried planning your meals ahead of time, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by weekly menu planning:
Less Stress: No more last-minute “what’s for dinner?” panic. A meal plan gives you a game plan so evenings run smoother.
Save Money: Planning ahead helps you avoid impulse buys, shop smarter, and actually use leftovers.
Healthier Meals: With a plan and the right ingredients on hand, it’s easier to cook at home instead of grabbing takeout.
Save Time: Meal planning means fewer extra grocery trips and no more staring into the fridge wondering what to make.
Happier Dinners: When meals are planned, dinner is easier, and everyone has something to look forward to.

Storing Leftovers for The Weekly Menu
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend, or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
